Jaunty will be the first Ubuntu release since Feisty that won't have disappointed us for lack of planned new interface.

Just a random thought.

well, 9.10 would actually be the one with changes. cause jaunty has extra themes but not a new DEFAULT theme. 9.10 is supposed to have a new color scheme
