Hi, I just upgraded my laptop to Intrepid. One of things I noticed was that gnome-panel didn't start. And I can't get it to start except manually running it via terminal (having no gnome-panel running, ALT-F2 didn't work and I had to create a launcher on the desktop) or by putting it in the Sessions. However, this is not an acceptable, nor elegant solution because when I switch back to the Ubuntu Netbook Desktop, an error message appears. Likewise when switching back to the Classic Desktop.

If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.

EDIT: The error message no longer appears. I've put gnome-panel in Sessions as a TEMPORARY workaround. I'm still hoping to learn what I should fix.
