Just download the daily build now and install a couple of updates = the Release Candidate.

Just a curious note...

The front page says download the beta...

But when I go to the actual download links I see links like this...


http://releases.ubuntu.com/releases/9.04/ubuntu-9.04-rc-alternate-i386.iso


Noete the rc in the title of the link...is this the type of naming convention they were using all along or is this the actual rc but they have not updated their main page as yet.

It probably is the rc as the local sites they have on the main download page are still links with the word beta in them.

The Daily Build site is showing the RC is available for download right now; both on the page header and on the filename of the download itself...

With any version if Jaunty, simply update to constantly have the newest one.
