Ubuntu Mid

Hello everyone I am trying to get Ubuntu Mid in my Samsung Q1 Ultra, i have a few question:
I dloaded the img file how do i use it?

I am currently running fedora 10 in my desktop is there any command i need to digit to get it inside my usb stick so i can boot off of it?

is there a program to do that?

is there an iso image anywhere??
