Morning all...
After giving Virtualbox a good run out (and found it brilliant!) I am in the middle of moving from Vista to Ubuntu BUT...
I have a 3 disk raid5 with Vista on and a spare disk knocking about. Motherboard is an ASUS P5K WS with an Intel IC9HR.
Using the alternate installation CD I tested to see if the RAID5 will be picked up. I received a "Wrong # of devices" error.
I am sure i read somewhere that there is a bug and that it will only work with 2disk setups. I unplugged a disk from the RAID5 array and tried again. Same error.
I then tried setting up a stripe with the spare and the "old" raid5 disk. Same error.
Any ideas...i am totally googled out...?
Thanks
Richard
