this the first time for me trying install ubuntu-8.10 on dell powewredge 850 machine

I'm using RAID 1


what is bad PBR signature means ??

how can I solve this problem !! ??

hi.

I met the same problem on my Dell 380 today.

I changed boot sequence in the BIOS screen so that I solve this problem.
I had set up as boot drive is only the CD drive but HDD drives, then it boots on the CD drive successfully.

In addition, hitting F12 to try booting on CD was failed (I don't know why).
