manual uninstall

hi;
I installed ubuntu with live cd to my usb hard drive. Now i can not boot \' error 21 " and if i boot with a floppy into win xp i can not access my usb drive ( only the drive with ubuntu on it ) the other usb drive i can access.
How can i manually remove the files from my c drive so i can boot in win xp again ?

I also get some error from grub when i try to boot.

any idea what ubuntu did to my usb drive to lock it out ?
