Ok...background information. I work for a VRS (Video Relay Service) called CSDVRS, LLC. We employ a couple hundered Sign Language Interpreters that process phone calls for the deaf and hard of hearing. When a call center closes for the day, if an Interpreter is still in a call, s/he will send out a broadcast asking for someone to transfer the d/hoh customer to. Today I saw my favorite broadcast to date....
Hi, have a customer I need to transfer because our center is closing poor guy has been transferred by microsoft 100 times already and still doesn't have an answer, if you are the wonderful interpreter who takes this call I will fill you in on a few more details, thanks
Anyway...I saw that and could not contain my laughter in the office. Seems the deaf and hard of hearing community are not immune to the ways of Microsoft.
