Kdenlive has an absolutely terrible time-line, the video I loaded was 4:30, it said 3:45, and when it rendered, it played all of the video, unlike in the preview. Also, my high-quality section in rendering disappeared. Is there a good video editor that has an accurate time-line and has a decent end result?

Blender, it's amazing.

Oh, and one thing you'll want to watch out for is frame rates. Make sure that you have blender set to import the video at the correct frame rate. (For example, I shot some footage in NTSC, and imported it at 25 fps, and it was too long).

Blender? Isn't that a 3D modeling program? How can it be used for video editing?
