Hi

After adding a thread in this forum, and watting nothing seem too happen. Just like Ubuntu users or developers dont seem to care about nvidia users.

And the problem ISNT nvidia but the way Ubuntu handles "DIGITAL" grafic outputs. A normal VGA works fine in 99 % of the cases !

But handeling the digital monitor output isnt supported in Ubuntu !

AND THIS I DONT GET... Cause the problems seems to acure WHEN the installation IS done. Even starting in safe grafic mode dont override a 19" digital monitor too set it too ex. 1280 x 800 !

And this is a problem in both 8.10 and the 9.04 BETA version !!!

SO DONT BLAME THE NVIDIA DRIVERS ITS AN UBUNTU PROBLEM !!!

If the install can run why cant it finish and run Ubuntu... I dont get it. Screen seems oki under installation untill it starts the "safe grafic mode" !!!

Im off Ubuntu... to many nerd problems and one is forced to use hardware that dont live up too the standard for nowadays video or grafic work.

XP PRO its gonna be for 8 PC´s n a workgroup... it costs but it works !

Im out of here
