Hi All,
I have a m4a video file on a usb stick from my XP desktop. I want to play that file on my Ubuntu laptop, but Totem says it can't cause it is locked or something?

I am screwed on playing it because of the DRM type stuff right?

Have you looked at the Restricted Formats Documentation (http://https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats)?

Do you mean m4v? m4a is a non-DRM audio file.

Yea, sorry for the delay, I am working on a boat at the moment, and have limited internet time.

Yes, it is a m4v, according to Totem, but, when I open the file, it says it is an mpeg4?? are these the same??
