Friends, i m doing B.tech in computers.I have lot of interest in linux and programming.I have a good knowledge of C language.I want to develop some deb packages.Can u suggest me where i will get help? Also suggest me some books on the basic development of deb packages...step by step..

one of the stickies tells you how to create a basic debian package. you can search google for the debian's tutorials (I don't remember the link) and amazon for books.

I will update this page... (http://www.futuredesktop.org/codeblocks_on_ubuntu_8.04.html) to Ubuntu 9.04 level when 9.04 has been released in a few days time. It will help you to start with c/c++ programming. You can already now study the various notes.
