wubi root.disk transfer

i have my backup from when you uninstall wubi because i moved to a real partition. my entire hd was recently wiped and i just reinstalled windows. I have reinstalled wubi, is there anyway to replace the root.disk with my old root.disk or something? thank you very much
i have a lot of customizations and programs i simply do not have the time to look for and dl again

Copy the original root.disk to the new one (overwrite it).
