Compiz menus and applications have black shadows in Totem

I'm using Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit,here's a screenshot,as I'm quite sure the title of the thread doesn't explain my problem.I'm using Compiz 0.7.8 with Emerald 0.7.2 on an ATi Radeon XPress 200 series motherboard.The same issue occurs even if I am using the GTK Window Decorator.It's a minor annoyance,but an annoyance nonetheless.Can someone help me with this,or do I need to file a bug?

Also,the issue doesn't occur when playing in RealPlayer(installed from the .bin downloaded from the real.com site)
