Hello Ubuntu Country!

How do I check the hard drive for how much storage is available, disk frag, and scan disk

Go to Applications/Accessories/Disk Usage Analyzer.

Defrag is not something to worry about. The system will do an auto scan after 30-35 restarts. I have not looked into whether or how to manually do a scan.
