Any body can give suggestions to track the internet on ubuntu?

Tracking means which sites they are opening, up to what extent of time they are on the sites... etc etc. If it generates a pdf kind of thing that would be really helpful for me.

This is really helpful for me to track the internet usage in our team.

I googled it but i didn't found it on the network.

Please please help me....

Um - have you used Wireshark?

It is in the repos.

It's what all the big boys use.

sudo apt-get install wireshark
