Hi,

sounds like something from a movie:

A little bit of googling reveals SCADA processes/software to be culprit.

Does anyone know if the version of SCADA used is open source? If it is, it shows how open code that isn't continuously hacked can be just as weak as hidden propriety code.

Interesting to find this here. First time I heard about this was on abovetopsecret lol. Nice find :popcorn:

People were saying [in their theory] that this could be a scheme to gain support to privatise the internet within the US borders and support neutrality. Maybe a Great Firewall of America? lol

I don't actually buy the theory but it's floating around.
