decided to start this thread after going a little off topic on this
thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1120356).
Anyway the idea is naming a program after the person that would be good at that job.

eg

jean-claude-van-damme
anti-virus

mary-whitehouse
firefox anti porn plugin

chuck-norris
a plugin for apt-get to auto remove dependencies

vangogh -- a simple program that mutes the sound in your computer's left speaker

nixon -- a mouse/keylogger which records everything done on your computer, but 18 minutes of the most critical stuff will be erased when you go to view the logs

deicaza -- renames all of your .so libraries to .DLL and adds a .EXE extension to all of the files in /usr/bin

parishilton -- this program does absolutely nothing useful; but comes with every distro, is written about in all the blogs, and is a regularly featured topic in TUX, Linux Gazette, Linux Journal, and Linux Today

Adam-SandlerUses an advanced name-detection algorithm, combined with an extensive database of known first and last names, to detect every name on your system. Be it in an OpenDocument file, plaintext file, manpage, or even a string compiled into a binary, this program will find it. It will then replace every name with "Adam Sandler" and automatically upload to his personal webpage, thus taking credit for everything on your system.

Makes a ten-year-old computer think it's still one year old. That actually sounds useful.

A program which requires your system to have at least 4 Gb of RAM.It relates all your main processes to the child , zombie and sleeping processes using coding chunks under a common heading of "Relativity".It can process mind boggling mathematical and mechanics related information within seconds whose processing will otherwise require super computers which will not be made until 100 more years.
