what up fellow ubuntuers

so any ways, about a week ago i installed cairo-dock in synaptic package manager and the installation went fine, but...... when i try to find it in the gnome menu there is nothing there for cairo-dock, i have looked under every place in the gnome applications menu, i have even looked in "menu editor" and still nothing about cairodock, wtf?

i have even tried reinstalling it as well and still nothing.

Press Alt+f2 and type "cairo-dock" without the "s. Does that do anything?

I have it in System Tools. What happens if you run 'cairo-dock' in terminal? Maybe it is not shown by default. Right click on menu button, choose edit menu and check applications > system tools if cairo-dock is ticked.
