most of my friends are unable to use hotmail.. what is this.. a new MS bugggg??????????...

The MSN Messenger server is refusing connections as well. Probably be fixed in an hour or two.

i hope it works.. im able to open from mail.live.com .. but not from hotmail.com :O ... strange

Messenger is back up. Don't have a hotmail account so no idea on that front.
