Hey Folks...

I'm putzing around with KDE 4 and wanted to see if there was a way in KDE like with Gnome to enhance or tweak the font rendering. I've got subpixel rendering on, and hinting set to full, but it still doesn't quite render like what I want. Perhaps I'm just barking up the wrong tree on this, and there's nothing more that can be done. If that's the case then, oh well, so be it, I suppose.

What I'm looking for is something like the configuration file that Gnome uses where you can manually enable certain extra options. Does such a set of functions exist for KDE? If so, how do I get to them?

Thanks in advance!

I don't use KDE myself (me loves me Gnome :D ;) ) bur take a look here: Fix/configure Linux font rendering (http://www.robodesign.ro/mihai/blog/fix-configure-linux-font-rendering).
