I'm running Intrepid for the moment, now and then I have a message saying I need to install some upgrades.
When I open the manager it says I need to do a partial upgrade to install all the packages.
I can install some without the upgrade but not all.
When I say yes to install a partial upgrade I get a message saying Ubuntu can't calculate the upgrade.
Is this going to be a problem when it's time to upgrade to Jaunty ?
I don't feel like trying to install it now because then I have to upgrade to often untill the final release.

Post your /etc/apt/sources.list.

Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal

cat /etc/apt/sources.list

Are you running intrepid? How come you have repos for gutsy & hardy in there? It is not a good idea to mix releases in /etc/apt/sources.list (although a few would tell you it's okay) because things will break and break fast.

I'll remove them and see what happens

I get this message when I try to reload the sources:
