Please please help i'm a really big noob i formatted the hard drive but lost my external hard drive back-up. I lost important documents, pictures, and music.

But in the manual they get the ntfs...and i don't see ntfs see my video i only get linux...after doing a deeper search NOTHING comes up besides linux files!
