We-Surf sensitive panel netbook

Hello everybody netbook users.

I am running on a We Surf (7" sensitive panel) with a "sort-of" Ubuntu installed OEM.
I have benn using for yeaurs windows programs : so I installed on it windows7 on dual boot.
I works quite nice !
The new sensitive panels functions of win7 work right on !
Perhaps a bit to much to load some other programs, such as GPS and the symphony....
BUT : I have NOT found since now the writh Ubuntu or linux distrib to install on it.
Ubuntu (hardy) crashes on install...
The menlaow of MID Ubuntu is not multi-boot....
So : I want help from you
(and excuse me for my bad english from a bad french guy) :
what is the good MID or ubuntu ISO file for me ?

The strange thing is this that french languqgue and keyboard is ok : only if you speek english in the beginning to find how to put te wright options in the ok places...
I know, as a developper, that internatioannalisation is as big work, but : if linux not better thant win7 on the thing, I do not know who will be...
