Reverse vnc for install?

Is there any way to establish a reverse VNC connection when booting a ubuntu live CD or starting an install? Fedora/RH have a boot option of vncconnect=host:port that will connect to the specified listening vnc viewer when it gets to the point of starting X. Does Ubuntu have an equivalent option?
