problem on installing ..

i try to install the last v of ubuntu ( i download it from the site iso) and when i try to install it i have problem see the pic below please i need help

The latest version may not work as a virtual machine... I know I had to go back to like 6.06 to get it to install on Virtual Server.
You could do some research as to what version would be best, and if there are some boot options that you need to add.

In my experience Microsoft Virtual PC has proven to be very bad at running Linux. I suggest you try a different virtualization platform like VirtualBox.

I have run 8.10 in VirtualBox without issue.
