CS4 running in vmware

I would love to make the complete switch to ubuntu but I need cs4. Anyways I installed some of the programs in vmware and I'm testing out their performance hopefully I will remove windows soon. Here is a screenshot.

How did you make your menu like that!!! It looks kind of like the mac way of opening applications. Cool!

It's the gnome global menu. I think its in the repositroies so you can download it from the package manager or the website. It's pretty cool but sometimes its annoying that you have to go all the way to the top bar when your working in a window.
