Hi – Installation of ubuntu freezes on my older laptop. The splash screen will go away during the freeze to reveal the lodaded modules... when I press CTRL + ALT + DEL, I see ufw stopping... and the system will shutdown. I think the issue is with ufw. Can I disable it during the install from a CD?
Plus, the laptop has 512MB of RAM.
