website status monitor

Is there a php script out there that can monitor my server status (http and ftp is all im asking), display the status and graph it? and if it could look nice? and remote monitoring would be nice to.

im looking for something like http://110ss.lesley.uni.cc/, except that its only for my own servers

The standard application for this would probably be Cacti or Nagios.

oops. some clarification here...
seems like i was idiotic to mispell something in my first post and i also left out something..

the script needs to be remote monitoring (for example, pinging the ip:port every few minutes)

also, i don't have actuall access to the server. I only have a hosting account.
