Need Utility to use Windows printer Drivers with Ubuntu

Hi I am new using Ubuntu after I have successfuly installed it on completely
different drive from my Windows drive.

What I need at this point is a utility to allow Ubuntu to use Windows printers drivers and possibly Printer Servers Drivers.

Does anyone have any ideas?
