Sorcerer and Source Mage

So I have been wanting to give a source based distro a try for awhile now and while browsing on DistroWatch/Wikipedia I came across Sorcerer (http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=sorcerer) and Source Mage (http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=sourcemage) I was wondering if anyone knew what exactly the difference was between the two of these? I know that Source Mage is a branch off of Sorcerer, but I am unable to find anywhere online what the difference is between the two...

Anyone have any input?
