I installed Digikam 0.10.0 onto Ubuntu 08-10. It worked great. Then I shut my computer down. When I re-booted, I got nothing but a black screen. Anyone know what I did wrong and am I going to have to reinstall Ubuntu? Is there a way to use the trial disk and become root so I can attempt to save some files if I have to reload the program?
