Hi,

I'm just testing Mapivi as a photo manager on Linux. And I really like it, thanks to Martin for the good work!

BUT: 90% of the time I'm shooting RAW converting the images in Bibble. This way for each photo I have to keep track of at least two files (the JPEG and the original). Is there a way to do this with Mapivi? Or would you suggest a different solution?

Thanks

Mapivi helps you to handle pairs of JPEG and RAW files. It is not suited to process RAW files or to add meta information to RAW files directly, but if you e.g. copy, move or rename a JPEG file Mapivi is able to copy, move or rename the corresponding RAW file.
So if you add e.g. keywords to the JPEG file you are able to find it later and also to find the corresponding RAW file.
