Time your programs

Hi, whenever I see people post test results for their code, they always have the time it took to compile, or the time it took to run. Is there a program that records this or is it in their code (specifically looking for C++).

See the time command.

There is a time command, maybe that's what your looking for.

Just type the application after the time command.


$ time program

[Beezleray]
