Pointer theme help!

I installed a custom Cursor Theme (CG). it worked for a while, then I acidentally re-installed it, and it said, "error can't move directory over directory" using appearance perferences
I know its already installed but I can't select it from the cursor list.
HELP!

I also tried Manually installing it and it still didn't work.
(unzip tar to /usr/share/icons)

Same problem as ElvenWarrior.

the file I have is called.
88321-CG.tar.gz

I wonder why and how that happened....
