Hi guys,
I use Intrepid 32-bit and want to use Japanese fonts in an English environment. Scim works fine, but in Firefox (and Epiphany as I tested) the Japanese characters get strangely fragmented (see attached file). They kind of flicker when I move the mouse cursor and I have no idea what may be the cause of this.
I already tried setting up different fonts according to the thread here, but without any impact on this problem. Any help is appreciated.
