Hello Everyone,
I'll start this with I think I've messed up):P, but I don't want to give up on Linux. I know it will continue to take time to learn, but right now I'm willing to try...
I currently have kubuntu 8.10 installed on my machine & I'm just in the learn phase if you will. I would like to start over and only use ubuntu for now. I use a dual boot machine with Vista, but I don't want to mess up the Vista boot up. Currently I use the kubuntu boot manager so I easily get to choose which OS to boot up.
Simply said, I would like to start all over fresh with ubuntu, removing all that I have installed on that OS. How do I go about this? Is it as simple as stuffing the disk in the drive & telling it to install to the partition that currently kubuntu is on? Could it be that simple? Remember I'm trying to not mess up my Windows install.
Thanks!
