Ez question about wiget bar?

Does anyone know how i get this cool little widgit bar or whatever it is at the bottom of my screen?!?!?!?!!! plz help, i'm completly n00b on as to how to get this:

Seems to me just like a normal gnome-panel, expanded, with background set to "color" with a bit of transparency, and couple of launcher icons added and Trash + Workspace Switcher-applets on the right end.

I think you might be right about it being a Gnome panel McDuck.
If you like this type of thing have a google for either:

AWN
Cairo Dock
Sim Dock

just to mention a few. They also provide some widgets etc and animations.
