I went through the setup instructions on:
but when I type: $ vncviewer localhost:1
i get the following error in terminal:
VNC Viewer Free Edition 4.1.1 for X - built Apr 16 2008 13:02:40

then a dialog box pops up that says:
"read: connection reset by peer (104)"
