View Full Version : GTK+ in Netbeans Project Settings

So I've reinstalled ubuntu a couple of times and am trying to get some tutorials compiled again. I finally got a basic one working (just creates a window, sets the name and size).

I ensured I had the correct libraries installed and made sure I put libgtk-x11-2.0.so in the properties>linker>libraries area. After putting the include files in the properties>c compiler>include it worked just fine.

I also tried going to tools>options>c/c++>code assistance and adding the correct directories there. That doesn't seem to work. If I create a new project and add a main c file and use the same code it doesn't work.

Is there a way to get the <gtk/gtk+> header working for all of my projects? I don't mind adding the headers into all of my new projects, but will avoid it if possible.

Thanks for taking a look,
