I manually installed Firefox 3.0.8 in my Ubuntu 8.04 installation following the community documentation but after the installation, firefox is broken. No toolbars, Menus often get disabled and firefox is barely usable. But the addons and plugins before the manual install are still there.
I want to have a normal useable firefox. How to achieve it?
