Mac Style Menu bar

OK, So ive got everything looking like mac just need the menu bar to change to a apple, how would i go about doing that?

You need to look into globalmenu:

http://code.google.com/p/gnome2-globalmenu/

Firefox (and other mozilla products) and java apps don't work with it yet, but a lot of stuff does...
