i am trying to install ubuntu studio using synaptic but I keep getting the following error when it is trying to download the files:

W: Failed to fetch http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/t/tango-icon-theme/tango-icon-theme_0.8.1-3_all.deb
403 Forbidden

can anyone help me with this?

Strange, I can access it. Try using a different mirror from System -> Administration -> Software Sources (I think).
