Are there any weather widgets for ubuntu 8.10 that go on the panel and shows current weather on-demand?

The Clock applet (that shows you the date and time by default) has the ability to show weather, or you can add Weather Report (right click the panel, choose Add to Panel...) which does the same sort of thing.

Weather report is by far the best. Just right click your panel and add it from the list. I also recommend eyes. lol.

Thank you :D I knew about where you add the new panel but I didn't notice the "ADD" button so I just drag and dropped it which didn't work so thank your help!:D

Your welcome. BTW I've tried a few times to drag different things to panel in the beginning also with failure.
