Ya we have kinda the same problem. I am only using one screen, but my bottom dock does not display because of the wierd resolution. i had to drag it to the side to see it. I have no clue what to do. my moniter does not support letting me change the size of it. i tryed to change the display size from my monitor but it didnt work. :/

Could you ever see the bottom of your desktop?
If so, what do you do right before it went wacky?

Do you just need to readjust your resolution? Try this: Go Alt+F2 and type displayconfig-gtk.

It wasnt wierd wen i was installing it but as soon as i got into ubuntu the first time it was there. and i tyred to press alt+f2 and typed in displayconfig-gtk and it gave me an error message "Error stating file '/home/lukas/displayconfig-gtk': No such file or directory". i dont know what to do :(.

Thanks guys!!! I tryed playing around with the screen resolutions window under system-administration-screen resolutions, and even though my display is 1440-900, it works fine with 1152 x 864 ??? anyways it is slightly blurry but it works. thanks for all your help!!!
