Fellow Ubuntu People,
Recently I ran across this post where one can get live streaming pictures of Earth from the ISS
http://www.universetoday.com/2009/03/10/live-from-space-streaming-webcam-now-available/
There are similar one from the Mars express:

I was wondering if someone can tell me if I can make this my desktop background. It would be interesting to be working on the computer and to be able to see the Earth in the background moving in realtime. If not that, then someone might like, say live feeds from nature preserves or the SOHO satellite or a monitor from a volcano.
I am really not sure how to set that up... Thanks in advance..
