How to install Portable Ubuntu

Hi!

Maybe my question is very stupid but I' am new to Linux, so there's still a lot to learn ;-)!
I would like to install portable_ubuntu (http://portableubuntu.sourceforge.net/ - Portable Ubuntu for Windows is an Ubuntu system running as a Windows application)
in Vista so I downloaded the package.
7zip created me the folder Portable_Ubuntu with several folders and (exe and bat)files on my desktop.
My question is:
Which one do I have to start with/what do I have to do to install pubuntu on my computer?

I went to the source forge site and downloaded the portable ubuntu package in the link and then viewed the installation video. The package did not have the "run_portable_ubuntu.exe" file mentioned in the video.

Can you identify exactly which download to use?
