hi! i just watch this youtube video:

And in one part (0:50 i think) the guy show his media player, a black n blue one. Does anybody know what player is that?

It looks like XMMS with its default skin.

It just looks like Winamp to me.

Hello.
I'm a NEWBE mostly.

Need help with he latest version of ubuntu (beta) streaming video in firefox(or anything) This is the best version for me yet.....wow is all I can say.
I don't remember what I did in 8.10 to get it to work.

I think I'm missing windows codecs. How could check if that's the problem?

You might want to install Audacious instead of XMMS. XMMS isn't being updated anymore and doesn't have FLAC or wma support unless you patch the source and compile it.

Audacious has the same skin by default and supports other winamp 2.x skins.

Yes, youre right. I installed XMMS and it has not been updated, i will give audacious a try! :popcorn:
