I've been trying to find a replacement for my bottom bar for a while now.
What I'm looking for is some dock/applet that shows my running applications with names.
All other things in a bar I'm keeping on my top bar so on the bottom it would be only running apps.
Right now I'm using a screenlet for Screenlets, but it only shows icons.
I've also tried Kiba-dock, AWN, Cairo-dock and Docky with Gnome Do. One common issue with all those is that I can't see the application names, unless I hover my mouse over them.
I'm running emerald and compiz so a bar/dock/applet is more than welcome to have some animation and other eye candy.
Anything appropriate come to mind?
