Hello,
I thought I posted this but somehow I cannot find the thread.
I read a few articles on the advantaged of 9.04 over 8.10.
I'm especially interested in the support of ATI drivers which seems to be better now (I had lots of problems with 8.10).
However ... I know that, for example, 9.04 will support OpenOffice 3.0 by default. Now I have it installed already but I added the repositories.
In this case I know I will need to remove the repositories but ... what else will I need to do? What about other software that I have installed?
How about all my settings (e.g.: use VLC instead of Rythmbox to play MP3)?
In other words: what will happen if I upgrade to 9.04? Will I need to do much re-configuring or will it all keep working like nothing happened?
Thanks!
